Terms of Rental for our Apartments in Bucharest

Apartment Deposit:

Upon arrival at your Bucharest rentals you will be asked to provide a 100 Euro security damage deposit. You are expected to protect the apartment and all its contents against loss or damage for the duration of your stay. An inspection will be performed upon entrance and upon departure to ensure that everything is left as it was found.

Cleanliness Policy:

Our rentals Bucharest are maintained by housekeeping staff every 3rd day. Bedding and towels will be changed once a week. In the event that any permanent stains are left on the linens, furniture, floors, carpeting, or walls then you will be responsible for replacement or repair.

Noise policy:

Although you are only a temporary tenant, as in any apartment building, please be respectful of your neighbors, especially in the corridors.

Cancellation Policy:

If proper notice is provided there is no charge for cancellation. If proper notice is not provided the client forfits 50% of the total cost of the rental.

For reservations of up to 7 days we require 72 hours notice of cancellation.
For reservations of 7-14 days we require 14 days notice.
For reservations of 14 plus days we require 21 days notice

Pet Policy:

No pets allowed in the building. Some exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

Guest Policy:

You should consider your Bucharest accommodation as your home away from home and invite guests as you would at home. However; keep in mind you are responsible for any damage caused by your guests. We ask that you restrict the number of guests to the comfortable capacity of the apartment.
