  1. Is there a limit to the number of days I can make a reservation?

No, unlike a hotel our Bucharest apartments are designed for long term stay. You can stay for as long as a few months or for as short as 2 days.

  1. What happens after I make a reservation? How do I know if it has been considered?

Our customer service representatives will get back to you as soon as possible usually within 24 hours by email to confirm your apartment reservation.

  1. May I change the arrival or departure dates of my reservation?

We ask that you provide ample notice if you wish to change your reservation. Like any rental apartments in Bucharest, or elsewhere, we cannot guarantee availability. However there is no penalty for changing a reservation for our flats.

  1. May I let someone else check in for me and use my reservation?

No. Only the holder of the credit card that was used for booking the Bucharest apartment may check in and use the reservation.

  1. How can I put forth any special needs and requests?

We provide 24 hours customer support. From the point you make your reservation until the moment you arrive at your apartment in Bucharest your reservation agent is available to assist you by email at reservations@luxapartments.ro. Before you arrive you will be provided with the personal cell phone number of your concierge who will be available in Romania for the duration of your stay. We intend to put forth our best effort to ensure your trip here is spectacular.

  1. Can I use a laptop or a PC in the apartment and connect to the Internet?

All our apartments to rent Bucharest are equipped with high speed wireless internet.

  1. Are pets allowed in my apartment?

We must protect the cleanliness and quality of the apartment for future guests. Consequently, we do not allow pets in the apartments.

  1. What happens if for some reason I have to cancel my reservation?

If proper notice is provided there is no charge for cancellation. If proper notice is not provided the client forfits 50% of the total cost of the rental.

For reservations of up to 7 days we require 72 hours notice of cancellation.

For reservations of 7-14 days we require 14 days notice.

For reservations of 14 plus days we require 21 days notice.

  1. What happens if my requested apartment is occupied when I arrive?

In this unfortunate and unlikely situation our staff would do our best to provide a reasonable alternative immediately with no extra cost to you.

  1. What will happen if I don't like the apartment I have been allocated? Can I change it?

Unfortunately we have only a few apartments available. Very often we are fully booked. However if anything else is available we will be glad to move you to a different apartment of your choosing. We keep all our apartments in tip-top shape, and provide multiple pictures on our website so you can make an informed decision when booking. We will do everything we can to ensure your vacation is enjoyable.

  1. Can you arrange my Airport transportation?

We would be glad to provide airport transportation to and from your rental for a nominal fee. Please let us know in advance when making your reservation . We advise you to have our number just in case you do not meet with the driver. We guarantee you that the driver will be there the only thing is to get in contact with us so you can meet. Our driver will be provided with a name board so it is easier for you to meet.

In case that your traveling party as larger than 3 persons you would need to let us know to provide you with an extra car. Also this will cost you double fee. (50 Euro)

  1. What if some of my valuables go missing during my trip?

Luxapartments.ro is not responsible for any loss or damage to any property during your stay. We recommend you keep all valuables with you at all time.

  1. What if I damage something in the apartment's inventory during my stay?

You are responsible for the apartment and everything in it for the duration of your stay . In the event something is lost or damaged an appropriate agreement will be reached as to the cost of the replacing the item.

  1. How often will the flat be cleaned?

Your home will be cleaned once every 3 days for the duration of your stay at no extra charge. Sheets and towels are replaced once a week.

  1. I am a travel agent or tour operator, can we work out some kind of arrangement?

Bucharest vacation tour operators and booking agents are all invited to cooperate with us. Our apartments to rent Bucharest provide all the comforts of home while in this fabulous city. Please contact us at sales@luxapartments.ro we would be glad to find arrangement.
